A new Hong Kong Private Limited Company, local Company Secretary and Office Registered
Address (for government mail) ensuring compliance with basic requirements of Hong Kong
company law incorporated in 6 days after receipt of the original signed incorporation documents.

 

REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER A HONG KONG PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
✔ 1 Director. Director(s) may be individual(s) of any nationality.
✔ 1 Shareholder. Shareholder(s) may be corporation(s) or individual(s) of any nationality.
✔ An individual Shareholder can also act as Director.
✔ The Company Secretary has to be a Hong Kong resident or a Hong Kong Corporation.
✔ A Hong Kong Private Limited Company must have a Registered Address in Hong Kong

 

HOW TO APPLY - SCHEDULE

Step 1 You will fill incorporation form and provide us the following documents and informations:
1. 3 names of Company either in English only or Chinese only or both by preference order;
2. One copy of passport (or HK ID) and recent residential addresses proofs of each director and
shareholder. If shareholder is another corporation, please provide its CI and address proof;
3. The scope of business;
4. Amount of share capital, percentage of shareholdings if more than one shareholder.
Then we will confirm if the proposed company name is available for registration within 1 working day.


Step 2 Confirmation of the availability of the proposed name and issuing an invoice with payment
instructions to clients for settlement.


Step 3 Upon the confirmation of clients’ settlement, we will write the following incorporation
documents: Articles of Association; Incorporation Form; First Board Resolutions and send them to
you for signing.


Step 4 Next day after arrival of your express mail with original signed documents we will apply for
your company Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate with the Article of
Association and a NNC1 form at Companies Registry.


Step 5 After 5 working days, we will collect Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration
Certificate at Companies Registry after receiving its fax confirming company is incorporated.

 

Step 6 Two days later (time requested to manufacture your company chops and seal) your "Green Set"
is ready. You can collect it at our office or receive it at any address of your choice (ask-us for postage
fees).


Step 7 We will book your corporate bank account appointment (minimum booking schedule 3 days in
advance) and write opening documents requested from company but you (director and shareholders)
will manage by yourself Bank account opening.


All Director(s)/Shareholder(s) owning 10% or more shares/Beneficial Owner(s) should come to
Hong Kong for corporate bank account opening appointment.
