Private Companies in HongKong
They have three major restrictions;

Public Companies in HongKong

Limited Companies in HongKong
They are those in which the liability of its members is limited. There are 2 types:

2. Companies limited by guarantee with share capital.
Unlimited Companies in HongKong
1.They are those in which the liability of its members is not limited. In the event of winding-up, members are personally liable for all the debts and liabilities incurred by the company.

3.They are those not incorporated in Hong Kong but are required, under the Companies Ordinance, to be registered and have appointed an authorised representative.
