Shanghai Work Visa Conditions for Applicants to meet:
1.They shall be at least 18 years old, in good health, have no criminal record, have a definite employer within the territory of China, and have the necessary professional skills or appropriate knowledge level to engage in their work.
2.The work is in line with the needs of China's economic and social development, and is urgently needed in China.
3.The applicant must meet the requirements of class A (foreign high-end talents), class B (foreign professionals), class C (other foreigners), and any one of them.
Shanghai Work Visa Procedure:
1. The foreigner signs the letter of intent with the employer.
2. The employer shall bring the following relevant materials to the local Labor Bureau to apply for the foreigner employment permit and the foreigner employment permit.
Shanghai Residence Permit Procedures：
1.Foreigners shall apply for a one-year working residence permit at the local immigration and exit administration, within 30 days after entering the country, with the employment permit applied by the employer.

3.Copy of temporary accommodation registration form
4. The original of foreigner's employment permit or work permit
5. 3 recent photos of 2 inches on a white background
6. One copy of the company's business license
7. One original of the company's application letter with official seal;
8. One original of the power of attorney with official seal;
9. One application form for residence permit.
