Shenzhen Internet Industrial Park Profile:
The Internet Industrial Park is located at Liantang, Luohu District, covering an area of about 15,000 square meters, consisting of three factory buildings and a to-be-built comprehensive R&D building with a total construction area of 76,000 square meters. Currently the second phase of the Industrial Park, namely Guowei E-commerce Building has kicked off its construction. The Industrial Park is under the co-management of property owners and the District Bureau of Science and Technology Innovation, with the former being responsible for the property service and the latter being in charge of introducing enterprises and related services, which has achieved desirable results.
Shenzhen Internet Industrial Park--Brief Situation of Enterprises:
Since the opening of the Park in January, 2010, 55 enterprises involving business in gold and jewelry, clothing, flowers, gifts, real estate, building materials and home furnishing, mobile phones, wine, tourism, food, medicine, printing, 3C and so on, have moved into the Park. Public meeting rooms, multimedia training rooms, small R&D rooms and other support facilities including wireless access are provided to the enterprises here by the Park.
Shenzhen Internet Industrial Park--Service System:
"A Large Park" management and service system was established, while new service modes were innovated as well. Those larger, innovative and influential e-commerce enterprises in Luohu District were gathered together under the framework of the Park's management and service, which further expanded space of the Park. Currently there are 300 registered enterprises of property management and service in the Park, initially forming a group of core e-commerce enterprises with unique advantages and distinctive features.
Shenzhen Internet Industrial Park--Goal of Development:
To accelerate the construction of industrial space, the building of Liantang Internet Industry Cluster District was listed in the 12th Five-year Plan of Shenzhen. At present, with the Internet Industrial Park as the center, Luohu District has kicked off the overall planning and upgrade work of Liantang, making specific plans for Liantang's All-in-one Park, Pengji Industrial Zone, Seven Small Industrial Zones, E-commerce Trial Streets and the upgrading of overall environment, and is planning to build an industrial space of about one million square meters to develop the internet industry and e-commerce. According to statistics, Liantang Internet Industry Cluster District has attracted 160 various science and technology enterprises, including 110 internet and e-commerce enterprises which account for 69%.
Shenzhen Internet Industrial Park--Services:
With the core idea of "to promote the development of enterprise cluster", the Industrial Park aims at strengthening the enterprise service. First, the E-Luohu, E-commerce Forum and salon activities are held to promote the exchanges and cooperation. Second, public service platforms are established to facilitate the integration development of the e-commerce enterprises and advantage industries. Third, we will guide the integration of e-commerce and the international consumer center for the building of the latter. In the first three quarters of 2013, 25 various forums and salons were held, which has attracted 5,000 participants from nearly 2,000 companies within or outside the district, creating a favorable atmosphere of the industry.
