Foshan, alternately romanized as Fatshan, is a prefecture-level city in central Guangdong Province, China. The entire prefecture covers 3,848.49 km2 (1,485.91 sq mi) and has an urban population around 7.2 million in 2012. It forms part of the western side of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, which includes Guangzhou to the east and northeast and Zhongshan to the southeast. I. Company Type Selection

Foreign investors shall pick a name for the Chinese company and obtain approval from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce.

VI. Application to Bureau of Commerce
Foshan BOFCOM approves the company’s establishment.
VII. Business License Obtainment
The business licensed is issued by the Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce.
VIII. Seal Engraving
Official company stamps are issued by the Public Security Bureau. The stamp is a very important element in business transactions in China, to the point that contracts are not valid if the stamp is not there.
