Requirements for WFOE registration in China.

Registration capital: For WFOE registration in China there are no minimum registration capital injection requirements according to current policies. Foreign investors nowadays can start the company withno minmum registration capital and running WFOE in the future. And also it can closed directly before registered capital injected.

Shareholder: There are no reuqirements for nationalities of the shareholder(s). Both an individual and an enterprise can be acted as the company shareholder to register the WFOE. One shareholder is enough to hold WFOE.

Registered address office: A  registered office in China is mandatory when open the WFOE. Foreign investors can rent the office accordingly to your employee numbers or just get a virtual office at the very beginging which is also a most popular choice for our customers.
