There are various types of flats are available in Shenyang so you should have plenty to chose from. If you don’t have any furniture yourself it shouldn’t be a problem, furnished flats are fairly common. Most new flats will have fairly new furniture in good condition, however some of the older pads may be furnished with a more “vintage” feel. In terms of size, again, the range is fairly large. Studio flats are typically 40 - 50 sq m in size, while one bedroom flats are usually range from 60 - 100 sq m.
