Recently,China is relaxing in an orderly and gradual manner visa restrictions for foreigners entering China to resume economic activities and for other essential purposes. Till now, most of the European countries,South Koreans and Japan are allowed to entry China with the invitation letter which issued by the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office.
So what's the invitation letter?

Required Paperwork:
1.Application Letter from the inviting company（If the company invite foreigner's family members directly, they need to specify detail background of the company and foreigner, and the necessity of the inviting）
2.Application form
3.Foreign applicant information summary form
4.Foreign applicant's passport scan copy (the passport must be valid over 6 months)
5.If the application including family member, please provide the family relationship certificate ( for example, marriage certificate or birth certificate of child, if it's not in English, then a Chinese translation is necessary)
6.Inviting company's background table
7.Other documents deemed necessary by the foreign affairs department
