From Nov 11th, 2021, the government department has updated their application system which requires the applicant’s company do the real name authentication. All the applications can only be processed after the real name authentication done. To get it approved by the system, it takes at least 5 working days with adequate files submitted. So generally speaking, the application for work visa takes longer time. So it is quite necessary to get all the documents ready before the application.
1. General Documents required for company for Work Visa application:
A.Company’s updated Business License copy (3 in 1 version)
B.Company Approval Certificate or Record certification copy (only for WOFE)
C.Original Employment Contract
D.Scanned colored passport copy of the legal person with signature and company seal
2. General Documents required for the applicant for Work Visa application at the beginning:
A. Original Passport and valid visa (visa better still valid over 30 days)
B.Resume (with Education and Working experience, from 18 years old till now, it should be continuously, and you need marked which country for every company belonged to)
C.Original bachelors or higher diploma (make sure it’s diploma, not the degree transcript)
D.If your university degree diploma is not issued in China, then an extra authentication copy of your diploma is necessary, provide the authentication document. We need both Original diploma and original authentication document.
E.Original reference letter from any foreign company to prove you have 2 years full-time working experience (after graduated) in your current industry and position - we have a sample
F.Original official police clearance certificate (PCC)
G.Original medical check report
H.1 digital photo
