Barcode registration process is as follows:
1. Register a Limited Company in Hong Kong (around 15 working days)
2. Join the GS1 Hong Kong membership once the company is formed.
3. Only GS1 member is qualified to apply barcode
4. There will be 10,000 codes issued per application, and the fee is HK$4,000.
5. Application time: it takes 7-8 working days for the application and barcode can be print.
Documents to proving number of employee is required (such as MPF supporting documents)
Business Registry copy is required
Clients need to provide their Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registry together with products name and detail to us for application.
Usage and Printing:
Once the application accepted, it can be printed on the product or its packing.
