To register a Hong Kong company is quite simple now. But you still need to consider the many elements before doing it. Here is a simple introduction on registration of Hong Kong company:

1. Elements:
1) company name;
2) registration capital;
3) director and shareholder;
4) company activity;
5) legal secretary and registered address;
2. Characters can not be included in your company name
1) already existed; (you can provide prefered company name for checking first);

After finished Hong Kong company registration, company name should be demonstrated in a conspicuous place of your offfice. in order for working stuff verifying from registry office. 4. Maintain your new company
