China Trademark Registration Procedure
(1)China Trademark Design

(2) China Trademark Search
Before filing your application, please find out whether or not that name is already being used for the type of product or service that you wish to use it for.
(3) China Trademark Application
An application must include the following documents:
3.1 Authorization letter of registration;
3.2 Qualification certificate of applicant;
3.3 A clear drawing of the trademark;
3.4 A listing of the goods or services;
3.5 The filing fee for at least one class of goods or services.

(4) Acceptance of China Trademark Application
An application number will be provided by Chinese Government and the Notice of Acceptance will be issued within 3 months.
(5) China Trademark Examination
A complete examination includes a search for conflicting marks, and an examination of the written application, the drawing, and any specimen.
(6) China Trademark Publication
If the examining attorney raises no objections to registration, or if the applicant overcomes all objections, the examining attorney will approve the mark for publication in the Official Gazette.
