• can be used for industrial
If the answer to all of these requirements is yes, you may grant a patent.
However, your invention should not be:

• a way of performing a mental act, playing game or doing business
• a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work
• the presentation of information, or some computer programs
• an animal or plant variety
• a method of medical treatment or diagnosis
• against public policy or morality
