Shenzhen company closing is also called Shenzhen company deregistration, Shenzhen company cancellation, and Shenzhen company liquidation. The time taking for closing the WFOE is much longer than incorporating it. To fully close the WFOE, it takes 3 months at the soonest and 8 months at the latest, depending on the company’s taxation status and tax bureau’s efficiency.
To fully complete the company cancellation, the following processes will be need.
(1) Cancellation of Local Tax Bureau;
(2) Cancellation of Nation Tax Bureau;
(3) Cancellation of the Department of Industry and Commerce;
(4) Cancellation of Economic Promotion Bureau;
(5) Cancellation of Customs certificate;
(6) Cancellation of bank accounts;
(7) Cancellation of company stamps.
The most important part of the cancellation process lies in the tax cancellation. Only when the tax is able to be cancelled, then the company deregistration is available to be fulfilled.
