Rules when deciding on Company Names
1) You cannot choose a name that is already in existence; nor can your name be similar to other company names that are already registered.

2) If you wish to use certain sensitive or publicly reserved words you may require approval and justification for using the word.

3) Your name can in no way be of an offensive, immoral or abusive nature nor can it be against the interest of the public or cause confusion.

4) You may use the name of a dissolved company should you require to do so.
